BodyTrans is designed to motivate the inner athlete whether you are currently a Couch Potato, a Fitness Buff or a Professional Athlete. Developed by a certified Microsoft software developer turned certified fitness trainer, this program provides an efficient way to track your progress from an athlete’s perspective.
BodyTrans is organized into three modules: Training, Nutrition and Mindset. Training includes an enthusiastic guide recommending you train six days a week and Nutrition advocates eating six times a day.
Like other fitness programs, BodyTrans divides the physical activities into Training (strength) and Cardio. Exercise descriptions are included. Cardio activities are limited to the gym. Click or drag and drop from lists to easily build your daily workout.
The Nutrition module includes a guide, a log, a maintenance window, and a simple recipe function to store healthy recipes. Search the food database by type of food or favorites. BodyTrans offers a well-rounded list of preset favorites: stick to these and you will succeed.
Mindset provides a module to record notes, log sleep, track body measurements and post photos of your progress. All records may be exported to other BodyTrans users.
