Day's Nutrition FactsA fact sheet containing all the nutritional values of all the foods items you ate on a specific day. (Foods in the food database already include nutritional values; when you add foods to the database you must also add the nutritional values so the program can compile and total the daily nutritional value of your food. You must enter all foods you eat for accuracy.)
Allows you to create a list of ingredients of the items you need in order to prepare a specific meal.
Other Features
Export/Import to Handheld DeviceThis feature allows you to export data to handheld devices, such as PDAs. You can also import information from handhelds.
This feature allows you to print out various reports to track progress.
