What's new in version 6.0?

Features:

Resistance Workouts:

 

  • Tracks up to 2 workouts per day, per client/user.
  • Your favorite routines can be saved and reused, so you don't have to re-enter them every time you do a workout.
  • A routine can be a single workout, 6 weeks worth of workouts, or whatever you want.
  • If you print a routine, a place is left for you to write in the amount of weight performed for each set, so you can enter it into PTW later.
  • Your routines can be exported, allowing you to share them with others.
  • Add your own exercises, or rename the existing ones.
  • Includes a 1 rep max calculator to help you estimate your 1 rep max, based on a certain number of reps and amount of weight performed.
  • Chart or Report your strength progress for any exercise.
  • Export resistance workouts as HTML.
  • Workouts can be entered on your PDA and imported into Personal Training Workstation (PDA software sold separately).

 

Aerobic Workouts:

 

  • Track any number of workouts per day, per client/user.
  • Record exercise, length, distance, intensity, heart rate, and calories burned.
  • Add your own exercises, or rename existing ones.
  • Export aerobic workouts as HTML.
  • Enter workouts on your PDA and import them into Personal Training Workstation (PDA software sold separately).

 

Diet:

 

  • Enter a diet once, and you don't need to enter another one unless you change your diet.
  • Comes with many foods and food groups already entered.
  • Add any foods or food groups you need to.
  • Tracks any number of meals per day.
  • Shows your daily calorie, protein, fat, and carb intake.
  • View charts and reports showing your calorie, protein, fat, and carb intake.

 

Body Measurements:

 

  • Tracks body weight, body fat, and many other measurements.
  • Includes a body fat calculator to help you determine your body fat percentage, based on caliper measurements.
  • View charts and reports showing your progress in any body measurement, including lean mass.

 

Supplements:

 

  • Track your usage of any number of supplements.
  • You only need to add an entry if you start taking a supplement, stop taking a supplement, or change your dosage.
  • You can add any supplement that hasn't already been entered into Personal Training Workstation.
