ProTrack 2008 offers a comprehensive program for maximum fitness. The focus is on gym-related workouts, strength and cardio. Downloadable workouts are available at no additional charge tailored to the user’s needs and training level. Calorie burn rates are shown by type of activity. This program is designed to provide you with the tools you need to establish the most effective workout program and achieve your results.
ProTrack has a customizable interface—choose blue, silver or black—to showcase its efficient tracking tools. You’ll input personal fitness goals and measurements, create your nutrition profile, use templates to establish workout routines, and soon be tracking your fitness program. Use the charts and reports function to visualize your progress.
Exercise
ProTrack is all about the gym and designed to reflect the workout options available at the most elaborate facility. You’ll use the Workout Log to track all of your physical activities including weight-training, sports and cardiovascular workouts. Track sets, reps, weight, duration, calories burned by activity type, distance, speed, heart rate and intensity. Create workout templates, similar to the meal templates, to streamline the entering process. Alternately, you can download professionally designed strength training programs at no additional charge. Nutrition
The Nutrition summary view presents a clear picture of your food intake for the day. As you enter what you have eaten, ProTrack calculates exactly how many more calories you can consume without surpassing your limit. Add notes. Choose from the USDA foods list or easily add your own items. You can also keep track of frequently used foods in the favorites menu and create meal templates if you frequently eat the same meals. ProTrack’s Nutrition module is designed to streamline calorie tracking and leave more time for working out.
